I had an extremely disappointing experience with RDR Restoration Plumbing Company, and I feel compelled to share my frustration to warn others about their unprofessional practices. My sewer injector pump developed issues, and upon inspection by an onsite technician from RDR Restoration Plumbing, he claimed that the propeller was faulty as he could not hear it spin. Fair enough, but the real problem started when this information was relayed to their front office. The front office, without any thorough investigation or proper assessment, jumped to the reckless conclusion that a foreign object was introduced into my sewer injector pump. I want to emphasize that this assumption was made without even taking the pump apart, making it nothing more than a baseless guess. The consequence of this unprofessional behavior was severe. The information provided to my warranty company led them to reject my insurance claim. It is infuriating to think that a hasty and uninformed decision made by RDR Rest
