As soon as I put in the request with Home Advisor, I received a call from Jamie Hernandez. He was so professional and knowledgeable on the phone and I loved how quick he was to respond. Whenever I had a question to ask, he immediately responded. I couldn't get others to even give me a call back much less give me a quote. It took ME 6 months to finally reach back out to him to have the work done and he did a great job. There was a piece of broken tile that he somehow matched perfectly with a new piece. He was so pleasant, professional and prompt to work with.

Jamie Hernandez is a real pro. He gave an exact estimate, but charged less in the end because he said the materials didn't end up costing as much as he expected. I appreciate that kind of integrity! Best of all, he made our travertine tile -- previously much stained & etched -- look like new again, and completed a shower renovation that has things sparkling again. We are now "Source One Fans"!

Jaime cleaned, re-caulked and resealed the shower at our rental property, a long overdue project. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and did excellent work. I would definitely hire him for any future work like this.

He said that if there was any problems, he would come back and do touch ups. I have let him know there is a spot or two, so he should be back to fix soon.

Communication and dialogue are very important to me when I hire someone. Jamie kept me posted via text about any delays. Showed up on time. Very easy to talk to. Was willing and able to discuss various repair options on two bathrooms. Left the work space completely clean. He might not be the least expensive option, but his work was thorough and of high quality. He repaired a broken tile, and re-caulked my entire tub. Looks great. Absolutely would hire again, and would recommend to friends.
