He lives in Cumming, he's reasonable, reliable and friendly (former U.S. Marine🇸🇲) After the job was done, I went outside and I couldn't believe how many grass cores there were---there were tons! We have hired random aeration companies to do this in the past, and the job gets done, but not like this guy! Benjamin's machine has pulled what seems like 3x the number of cores from our grass. I am very impressed and have already asked him to put us on his calendar in the fall (early October). Have recommended him to all of my neighbors."

Mr. Ortiz himself was very helpful and had great information for me when he came out to the house to look at the job. He and the company did exactly what we discussed doing by putting in a couple of "catch bassings" and piping and rocks around the fence with concrete to help direct the water to the catch basing. He even came out again to check everything to make sure all was done correctly and to our satisfaction."
