He replaced a rotting wood column on the front porch. He had to build a new column that matched the old. Did quick work, all done in one day, finished column looked good.

William was very kind and did a fantastic job fixing the sides of our chimney that were broken. He also put up some new lights for the front of our house and didn't charge us extra for it. He showed up when he said he would and got the job done quickly. We recommend him highly!

William came out to the house to discuss the job more than once, which was reassuring. After we got going things moved quickly. We walked the home more than once as they were wrapping up and all touch ups were completed on the spot. The wood rot and fresh paint looks great! I would recommend and will use again.

Mr. Payne was an expert in this field. His work will be the vocal point of my house for many years to come. He took a stoop, and built a beautiful winding porch with his own technique of building the rails. I cannot express how much it improved my house. Buyer beware! They did a half a***d job and would not come back to fix his work. If you want to hire someone who is very unprofessional and lazy, then he is your man! (not to mention unreliable). I do not know how he got all these great reviews, I think they must be fake! If I see him in my neighborhood I will call the cops on him, because he owes me a refund!

From being extremely late with multiple vehicle issues, poor communication, to showing up in disheveled clothing with holes and stains I was not impressed. He also did not do the work, he had a guy with him who did the work so his appearance did not make sense. The siding repair was to fix a woodpecker hole. The work itself was satisfactory but has already been damaged again.

William came to my home very soon after i put the request in on home advisor on new year s day! After the rain ended he and his workers spent 4 days rebuilding my chimney due to the faulty home build. He showed me all of the wet and rotten pieces they replaced as they went along and explained everything they did. They also cleaned up the yard of wood pieces and nails and left no debris. I would definitely hire them again
