I hired 360 Painting to paint my upstairs (approx. 850-950 +/- sq ft) because Eddie (the owner) said all the right things that should be included in a paint job, patching, sanding, customer service, etc. The stairwell has 58 spindles that I paid about $500 extra to be painted twice. I paid a handsome price for the job but, I did not (repeat, did not) get what I paid for. From the start, there were issues with the number of coats being applied, which I reminded him that my proposal stated two coats and I paid for two coats. Upon completion it was obvious that the spindles did not get two coats of paint; the white was showing through, throughout. I started looking at the trim and there was white coming through many areas and the difference in color is obvious. This confirmed what I already suspected as I kept a keen eye on what was being done. The master bath walls have issues and most of the ceilings did not get cut-in as there are clearly two different colors. I took pictures and sent them to Eddie. He came over and looked; I stated that I wanted my trim repainted, he said ok, but he had asked Esteban if they applied two coats and was told yes. He stated that he was a Christian and so was Esteban (most Hispanics are raised as Catholics) and I stated this does not mean that some Christians don’t misrepresent the truth. He adamantly refused to believe that they only applied one coat of paint even though the pictures and trim spoke for itself. I told him that if he thought I would spend $6,123.24 and not pay attention to what was being done, he was wrong. Esteban and his wife came back and spent three to four hours repainting the trim, in areas. Eddie advised me that it was hard to tell if all was covered since the paint was still wet and it would darken upon drying. As soon as they left, I put my hand around most of the spindles to find that they were dry, not wet as they should have been since this was the last thing done. I immediately contacted Eddie, who stated “well it dries pretty fast” and he saw Esteban and the wife painting them. So, was it too wet to tell or did it dry before they pulled out of my driveway. I advised Eddie that they did not use a ladder nor did it take the long period of time that it did during the first and only coat. He refused to believe that they did not repaint all the spindles, but he would come back the next day and look again. I started marking the spindles where the white was still showing through. I marked 11 in a row before I gave up. While they may have touched up some of the spindles, that’s all it was, a touch up. By this point I was so angry and tired of the silly excuses, but mostly astonished at Ed’s refusal to even entertain the possibility that only one coat could have been applied, certain that Esteban would not lie to him because he is a Christian. I advised him that it would be best if he did not come back to my home. Bottom line, you can’t deny the pictures and more importantly what’s right in front of your eyes. It simply was not/is not possible to have put three coats or even two coats of paint on the trim and have this much white shining through.

We were very pleased with the work 360 Painting did on our home. In approx two days they meticulously and safely painted all of our home’s exterior trim. The crew was very professional and always kept the worksite clean during and after the project was complete. Eddie and his crews are awesome! Eddie was a referral from our realtor. We started with him and his crew painting our kitchen cabinets white and pressure washing/re-staining our deck. It was a 2.5-day project, they stuck to schedule, and they were awesome to work with. Soon after that, we had a plumbing emergency that left our downstairs in shambles (wall damage to walls, ceiling, flooring). Eddie was one of the first people we called besides the actual plumber. He was there to help every step of the way, as they assisted with opening up the siding/walls for the plumber to make his repairs and then patching everything up to look brand new and as if nothing happened. Eddie is incredibly personable, communicative, and easy to work with. We will definitely be using him for all future projects. They are a little pricier than other contractors, but there is a reason for that ... you get quality service, fast turnaround times, and professional-grade work done with first-class customer service. Bay window repair was more complex than first anticipated, but the carpenter rebuilt the whole thing. Everything was pressure washed and painted despite the rainy weather. House looks good, like it was brand new.

Eddie was a great fellow to work with, friendly and collaborative. We settled on the approach together. He worked with us on how to address some repairs that were needed, such as dry-rotted door frames. He brought in a terrific group of guys. They pressure-washed on Day One, including some items that needed it but weren't in the estimate. On Day Two they made the repairs and caulked EVERYWHERE! Great job, I feel like we're going to be warmer this winter because of this work - including some window glazing. On Days Three and Four they painted - some up 40 feet in the air. Fantastic job, and their on-site guy, Jimmy, kept me posted each step of the way. We walked around the project at least three times, Jimmy asking if I was happy with this and that. When they were finished my "punch list" was already taken care of. Not the least expensive team, but easily the best I've worked with. I'll call them again when we do the interior!

We originally were looking to have some some specific items to be painted but ended up having the whole home repainted. Eddie stayed patient and helpful through the entire process. He helped with some color ideas, and kept the price on budget. His crew showed up on time and were polite the entire time. They were attentive in pointing out specific issues that I should be aware of and corrected others. When we start repainting the inside of the house, 360 Painting will be the first company we call.

they did a very good job power washing the wood of the porch, stairs, & rails. Then the next day they came & stained the porch & stairs color we choose. They did a very good job prepping for the paint job as well. Once they were finished they cleaned up very well. They were very professional. The cost was a very fair price for the work done. Eddy Mccoy made sure we were happy with their job before getting the payment. We would hire them again.

Owner Eddie McCoy and his 360 crew did a fantastic job on the inside of our home. From start to finish everything when smooth beginning with Eddie’s initial visit to the completion of the work. The crew painted without flaw. They covered the floors, covered the furniture and masked all of the trim and upon completion they cleaned up all of their tape, plastic and paper. Furniture was moved back and the new look is awesome. We are completely satisfied with the work and are now planning to use these same folks to paint the exterior of our house. There is no need to look elsewhere for painters, Eddie and 360 Painting crew are the best in quality, professionalism and pricing. Strongly recommend them.

Last week, 360 Painting completed my exterior siding, loose plank, window, chimney side, roof, gutter repairs, trim carpentry, and exterior painting with absolutely stunning precision. I went through six quotes, and home visits with North East Cobb area full-service painting companies before my wife and I decided on 360.
