"Good work, but more expensive than I expected. They charged me for time to install the wrong size disposal, then guy had to leave so he sent for another plumber to come and bring the correct size unit, remove the wrong one and install correct size. I would think he could see that my sink is a deep sink versis regular sink before he installed the wrong one. How is his error my expense? I had to pay for 3.5 hours of labor for what should've been a 2 hour job. The faucet repair was quick and simple and he did a great job with it."

"Tommy did several jobs including capping unused old gas lines, installing new gas line and tankless water heater, repairing bathroom fixtures and checking the water pipes and inside of our septic tank. He was fast, friendly, professional and patient with our questions. Would absolutely hire again."

"All went smoothly. They did have to come back out and redo the way one pipe was going to another with a coupler as opposed to tape but there was no issue in doing this. One thing I will add is that people need to check with their termite company before doing an encapsulation. This voided our lifetime warranty. State building code (I called our county's office) is supposed to leave 4 inches down from the concrete blocks with encapsulation so they can do a termite inspection to supply a warranty. They did not do this and the termite company wanted this to code to supply a temite warranty. Sundry had to come back out to remove some of the encapsulation and charged us the cost of doing this. The workmanship was good on both the trenching for removing water under the house and the encpaulation. The encapsulation just wasn't to code which cost us an extra $3000."

Could not reach the sales person to ask questions after job was booked. There was confusion about what was to be done exactly. "The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. They arrived in a timely manner, replaced the pipe with one less likely to break from freezing and also cleared a stopped gutter drain that I had kept meaning to get cleared.
