"Good work, but more expensive than I expected. They charged me for time to install the wrong size disposal, then guy had to leave so he sent for another plumber to come and bring the correct size unit, remove the wrong one and install correct size. I would think he could see that my sink is a deep sink versis regular sink before he installed the wrong one. How is his error my expense? I had to pay for 3.5 hours of labor for what should've been a 2 hour job. The faucet repair was quick and simple and he did a great job with it."

With that being the case, he first asked who else I had called so he could think of who else might be able to help me. After discussing the particulars of the leak (being outdoors and not leaking onto wood, he said he could come the next day. They arrived in a timely manner, replaced the pipe with one less likely to break from freezing and also cleared a stopped gutter drain that I had kept meaning to get cleared.
