I notified the company and they sent out a supervisor, then it was a week from that visit that I was notified that someone was coming.to fix the leak, it took 2 weeks to resolve the issue. The contractor miss measured for my shower door and then had to cut 2 holes in my wall to place studs so he could attach the door correctly. He replaced the dry wall and applied the mud but never finished it. Also the trim work around the shower was poorly done. I am a 74 yr old widow and had to have someone else come and finish the wall and redo the trim"

From the onset, anything Adrian said he would do he did. With no one able to be home while the work was being performed I left the key to the house so they can come and go as needed.  Remodeling bathrooms are quite messy. The crew would clean up after themselves every day. The job took a bit longer simply due to added work that was needed. Adrian was, professional, thorough, prompt and always available. Adrian removed and replaced the tile around the tubs, showers and floor areas of three relatively small bathrooms. The space looks completely amazing. I would not hesitate in recommending European Flooring to anyone and look forward to calling them again for upcoming projects.
