"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"John from Irish Electric checked out the breaker box to ensure there was no breaker out since such a large area of the home was not receiving power, then he moved tot he outlets and found no less than 4 poorly completed connections, all of which could have arced and burnt the house down. This is a new construction home built in 2005. Some wires were just looped around and not tightened. All of the work was performed timely and to my satisfaction. I would definitely use this company again!"

"This is my 2nd time using Donnie. Does a great job, even if something isnt exactly what I wanted, does what is needed to correct, so that its what I am looking for. Had a piece of siding replaced on the side of my house, did a good job, sanded, re-stained, and clear coat railings on from porch, everything turned out great. Had some new L shape shelving in my party added, and shelving over my washer and dryer, everything turned out great. Will be using his services again."

"I had Alan McKay build a custom home. Tens years later, had him come in for major remodeling and updates. His work is impeccable, and his character and integrity is top notch. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
