"Charles Green and his employees were top notch. Our ceiling was uneven with patched paint and irregularities where the beams lay behind the drywall. Mr. Green showed up to look at the ceiling and give an estimate the day after we called him, and he offered to start work the following day. Throughout the process, Mr. Green was professional, patient, competent, trustworthy, and thorough. He educated us about what he would be doing, answered all of our (admittedly ignorant) questions about mudding and drywall, and even accelerated the project to finish earlier than planned when we realized our movers would be arriving a day earlier than expected. It is worth noting that because we were living elsewhere at the time, we entrusted Mr. Green and his company with the keys to our home because we felt confident we were in good hands. "The communication was very good.  They recommended a 'flatish'  and I wanted something more shinny;  they were right in their recommendation.  There were extra costs beyond the original offer due to accent walls and a larger room + closet.  They were very reasonable.  
I think I would recommend a little more clarity on the front end about possible additional charges, but I think their intent was good.
