"The owner was pleasant and friendly. However, there was a delay with their coming out on the day originally scheduled (Saturday). He called to inform me on the morning of the scheduled service appointment that they had another emergency job to complete and would try to be at my place in 2 hours. After 2 hours he called to reschedule for Monday afternoon. They still showed up an hour late that Monday. A job that was estimated to take 2 hours ended up taking 4 hours over a two-day period. I ended up having to pay twice the amount I was expecting to pay."

Best thing is, despite Ryan warning it might be a few weeks before he could get his crew to the house, he was there in a matter of days and finished the job in even less time. It looks GREAT!!! We would definitely hire him again and in fact are already talking about getting him back in the Fall for some additional work.
