"None of the other "pros" bothered to contact me. Ausley immediately called me, set a time, I sent pictures, and was given an estimate within 12 hours. Anthony called me Monday and apologized because they wanted to move up my appointment. I was thrilled! The men came within the time quoted, did the work I wanted, cleaned everything up and were very pleasant and also informative as the man climbing had gone to school to be an arborist. "I contracted with someone to cut some trees and grind the stumps plus grind some additional stumps from trees that had fallen earlier. That person could get the job done but Paul from A & A did. They came cleaned up the mess, ground the stumps and even helped me replace the fence that had to be taken down to grind the stumps. Paul told me what he would do for me and then he did it.
