These guys are great! Ryan took the time to meet with us, not once but twice, on two different days for about an hour each time to discuss our project. He listened to our concerns and needs, offered his advice and opinions, and seemed genuinely interested in doing the job like it was his own house. Best thing is, despite Ryan warning it might be a few weeks before he could get his crew to the house, he was there in a matter of days and finished the job in even less time. It looks GREAT!!! We would definitely hire him again and in fact are already talking about getting him back in the Fall for some additional work. Friendly, honest, by-the-book, excellent work, local Tybee guys... what more do you need!!!

Ryan and his crew know the meaning of customer service. They worked quickly, safely and well and went the extra mile to clean up the site once the tree was down. They deftly removed a huge dead water oak that overhung two sets of power lines. The price was fair and the results first rate. You should call Longwater Tree Service first.

We had a River Birch that had become overgrown and Ryan responded to our inquiry within minutes and the work was done by the end of that week. Great crew and the cleanup was awesome. I would recommend Longwater for any tree maintenance and removal.

We lost a large oak tree during Hurricane Dorian at our house on Tybee Island. It demolished our front gate and was straddling the fence between us and our neighbors. We called Ryan and he was out in just a few hours with a very reasonable estimate, and even more surprising was he was able to bring his crew out same day to start working on the tree. Having had a lot of tree work done in past homes, it was great to see a safe and professional crew in action. They took particular care not to further damage our fence and cleaned all the debris up so you couldnâ t even tell there was a tree down. Ryan also recommended stump grinding to prevent having a crater in our front yard. Iâ m glad we listened. Would definitely recommend and will use Longwater again!

The service provided to us by Ryan Longwater and crew was excellent. Had a stump I needed removed. Sent out a request on a website and owner, Ryan called within 5 min. Stopped the next day and removed. Cleaned up site and left it ready to seed. Fee to remove was very reasonable and I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for the great service

After removing some shrubs along the front of my property, I was left with several stumps. I called Longwater Tree Service. They gave me a fair price and made sure I called Georgia 811 to mark my utility lines, which was good advice. Two of the stumps were over my gas line. Everything was done to my satisfaction and I would recommend Longwater Tree Service to others.

"We disagree with the rating that was provided by yourself on the delivery of two separate orders . First delivery was screened very rich top soil that was place exactly where you requested . The second delivery was very high quality foundation fill dirt , for construction of a concrete slap to replace a wooden deck that was dismantled already . I was hesitant to even back into the area due to nails & screws that littered the ground where you requested me to back & dump. I personally hand picked / sweep magnet for a good 20 minutes , footings had to to be filled by delivered dirt just to be able to back across job-site. Best Regards, Longwater"

Overwhelmed with leaf litter. Ryan responded to my home advisor request the same day. Several days later, Ryan's crew took care of the leaves, mowed the lawn and edged the property. I was very pleased with the work.
