"Lesson learned. Always get an estimate. BEFORE the work is done. At least a digital copy. Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."

"We were very nervous to hire a contractor but we are so glad that we did. Calvin and his crew were awesome. Very professional and courteous. Calvin was great about responding to calls and texts. He gave some suggestions that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. Our deck has never looked better. We have our next job lined up and are talking about a couple more. We highly recommend MWR. "I requested a HVAC tech come out to my home as my AC was not working properly. The tech recommended that I get a new AC. He told me he would have his sales rep come out to talk to me about the options I would have as far as replacing it. Their sales rep showed up. His name is Jimmy, and he told me all these great things about Bardi and their products. We came to an agreement of my buying a cheap HVAC system as I was trying to save money. It would cost me 12,000 dollars for the system. The next day April 5th, 2025 their install tech came out and installed the equipment. I was at work at the time, but I had a family member there. I returned home to find out the lower level of my home was not being cooled, and they had left part of my old HVAC system connected to the new system. It was a burnt up disconnect that should have been replaced and was a major part of what was wrong with my old system. Also they used a panel cover from my old system instead of new. I asked Jimmy to come and pick up the equipment which it states I have three days to reject the equipment in the contract. He expressed that I couldn't reject the equipment after it was installed. They had a tech come out the next day April 6, 2025 to fix the downstairs not working, and he fixed it. The next day it happened to be cold outside so I turned on the heat. No heat was coming out of the vents just cool air and the fan unit was running extremely loud outside. It was so loud it sounded like the fan unit was in my room on the second floor, so I turned it off. When I did turn off the fan unit made a horrible exploding noise. Once again I called Bardi and asked them to come get their HVAC system, they refused. Crystal the customer care rep is who I spoke with. She scheduled another repair tech to come out on April 12th to look at the HVAC system. I waited the entire day and no one showed up. I finally called and the receptionist told me it was their employee appreciation day no one would be coming. Monday I received a call from Crystal their customer care rep stating she text me and told me no one would be coming, but I never received that text. She scheduled another appointment for Easter Sunday. I stayed home Easter Sunday instead of going to church, and no one showed up again. I've stated each and every time I've spoken with someone from Bardi that I don't want to do business with them but they are basically trying to force me to keep their equipment at this point. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. These people are trying to rip their customers off basically. This should be illegal. I've reach out to get a lawyer to force them to remove their equipment from my home. Stay away from these people at all cost."

"I contacted Thomas Built to see if they could construct a fireplace mantle and surround for us. Terry came out did some measuring and gave us a quote. We worked on fine tuning things and waited until they had a break in their major projects. Terry returned for final measurements after we had granite tiles laid. The fireplace was built and delivered within three days. My husband stained it and installed it to save on the cost. Couldn't be happier with the final project. It does take some flexibility to work with Thomas Built when a project is this small, but it's well worth it."

"I contacted Mr. Franklin for what I thought was regular maintenance. I had never had the septic pumped before and was unsure where the tank was located as there were no visible indication of the piping. Mr. Franklin poked around but could not locate the piping so he contacted the County Health Department and obtained a copy of the blue print outlining the location of the septic tank. Turns out the line was inactive and the tank did not need to be pumped. After all the trouble Mr. Franklin went through between the drive out here, the hour he spent poking around trying to find the septic tank and waiting for the county to call back, he refused to accept any money from me. He would not even accept a trip charge. In a world were honesty just doesn't seem to exist anymore, it is so good to know that there are still trustworthy businesses out there! Mr. Franklin's knowledge of what to look for toppled with the time he took just to educate me is just priceless! I wish all businesses was like Franklin Septic!"
