I contacted Thomas Built to see if they could construct a fireplace mantle and surround for us. Terry came out did some measuring and gave us a quote. We worked on fine tuning things and waited until they had a break in their major projects. Terry returned for final measurements after we had granite tiles laid. The fireplace was built and delivered within three days. My husband stained it and installed it to save on the cost. Couldn't be happier with the final project. It does take some flexibility to work with Thomas Built when a project is this small, but it's well worth it.

We are thrilled with our beautiful new home. The quality of the work surpassed our expectations. Jason asked for and valued our feedback. The custom built cabinetry with the slow-close doors was an especially nice touch. The crown moulding and the beautiful doors add to the overall quality and beauty of the home. Thomas Built performed a specialized amenity package for our project down in Tampa, and they did a phenomenal job. The package included a variety of custom cabinets, countertops, banquettes, built out wall features, and drop ceiling features. The design of our amenity spaces can be extremely complex and is crucial to successful project, especially since these features can be one of our main selling points when leasing out the apartments for our projects. Like many projects, there were alterations from the original plan due to owner preferences, and Thomas Built was extremely helpful with helping us to work through this process and with providing design feedback/suggestions. The pricing is extremely fair, the is courteous and professional, and they provided an incredible product in a timely manner. I would recommend Thomas Built to anyone with any range of needs when it comes to commercial cabinets/millwork.

I worked primarily with William and Rosemary. I had a great experience. William came out to the house several times to fix the lower cabinets, install the new pantry, and fix the area above the sink. He was very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. If I didn't like how something looked, he always took the time to fix it and make sure I was happy - and didn't charge extra for the extra time it sometimes required. The pantry is BEAUTIFUL, looks like it was meant to be there, and has completely changed how I feel about my kitchen. I would definitely recommend Thomas Built to anyone looking to have any sort of cabinets built or carpentry repair work done. I hope to work with them in the future if I ever add built-ins to this house or another house or need to do a larger scale kitchen reno.

I believe that I created the original posting on Angie's List related to Thomas Construction. I have given this company high ratings in the past and still support those evaluations. Jason Thomas is one of the most honest people that I have ever met. He does what he says he is going to do, when he says he will do it. Both he and his crew are highly professional and when he needs to hire subcontractors (e.g., plumbers, electricians, painters), he supervises them closely, insuring that the work they do is of the highest quality. Jason is always concerned with his clients' comfort and that means that he and his people are on time and complete jobs in a timely fashion. He carefully schedules the work so that clients are not without basic services (e.g., water and power) for long periods of time. Jason is well versed in all of the building trades and knows how to complete construction related work the right way. I give Thomas Construction, specifically Jason Thomas, my highest recommendation, without reservation.

I have worked with many general contractors and handymen over the years, but never have found an individual I could trust as much as I trust Jason Thomas. He is extremely knowledgeable about all home repair/remodeling issues. In addition, he does what he says he is going to do and completes it in an time frame agreed upon. He carefully and frequently monitors his own crew and all subcontractors he hires and makes sure all jobs are completed in relation to his rigorous standards. He also makes sure the people he brings into your home are honest, professional, and sensitive to the particular issues of the homeowner. I have found Jason's prices to be very fair and he sticks to the estimates he provides prior to beginning the job. He is an honest, hard working individual who is willing to help the homeowner with any job, regardless of the size. My wife and I highly recommend him, without reservation.
