We had an excellent experience with the Outdoors Group. I had never even heard of roof rats before this (and would happily have never learned about them), but David came, assessed and treated the issue promptly, thoroughly, and professionally, and developed great rapport with our 2.5 year old. I mention this last detail because that has stuck with us. Our son loves "Mr. David." Over a month after he helped us, a neighbor was asking for a good recommendation for pest control; I was trying to remember the name of David's company and called out to my husband, "What was the company's name who took care of the roof rats?" My toddler called out, "It's David, Mama!" He points out other pest control trucks on the road, asking if that's who's driving. Still in January, when he developed a lot of irrational fears about monsters in our house (which apparently is a common toddler stage), we literally used Mr. David to alleviate his fears: "There aren't any monsters anywhere! Even the roof rats, you know who took care of them?" "Mr. David!" he would say confidently. Even writing this review, he came up to ask what I was doing. "Writing a review for Mr. David," I told him. "Mr. David? I love him! He took care of our roof rats!" As homeowners, we are so thankful that we went with David's service and that he came all the way up from Carrollton (we live in Powder Springs); we have had zero issues since he came out, and he was so responsive to any questions and concerns we had about the treatment. We just felt taken care of, that we could trust his word and work absolutely. As parents, we are STILL grateful for the provision of a lasting sense of safety and security that David is unwittingly providing for our son. :) We could not recommend his services highly enough.

Having unwelcomed critters in your home is never fun. It's a problem that can take time and a plan of attack to solve. The Outdoors Group wasn't the first company I tried, but they were the company to get the job done. Friendly service with a willingness to succeed. Very professional. Great customer service

David was OUTSTANDING! He checked in to make sure I was hearing things after he set up the trap doors for the squirrels. Patched up openings and even went replaced something that was on the chimney for me.While getting the squirrels out of my attic he found other things that needed to to be fix that I wasn’t aware of. He has AWESOME customer service and just was helpful all the way around. I most definitely would recommend him! Thanks David!!

Less than 20 minutes after searching we were connected with The Outdoors Group. They scheduled an appointment the next morning. They assessed the attic and made recommendations. We hired them and the work was completed exceptionally and efficiently! We plan to rehire them for more projects.
