All Critter

He closed up the holes on the outside of the house put several traps out inside the house I had to call him and he came back the next day because I was in the basement and I saw the critters and got panicked so he came back to look at the spots for me he put me out of an additional trap in my closet down there and to additional traps up in my ceiling however I have no kneecaps so I have no way of climbing up on anything to check to see if the critters have been caught yet I do not believe they have because I can hear them still going in and out it's made my beagle extremely sick she's had to go to the vet I almost lost her and she is going crazy trying to hunt the things herself so I'm not satisfied and I would like to not pay my next two payments of $350 each and I would like to get back $500 on my initial installment of $1,000

I found All Critter on Angi and Owner and I communicated through the Angi website. Tech came out on 3-4-25 to Access and set traps and give a price. Came back on 3-6-25 and check traps in attic and crawl space sealed holes on one side of the house. He said the process takes about 2 weeks. I tried calling him at least twice afterward and no answer. No return call. I wanted him to know that I still here movement in the attic and its gotten louder. Its has been almost a month and he has not returned. I am afraid to go in the house by myself..

I would highly recommend All Critters! Stephen was very professional and thorough from start to finish. Fair priced quote and next day availability allowed us to catch and remediate the problem, immediately. Small entry point patched, sealed, and painted. Pests gone without a trace.

Ricki and her team were great! This property is in a remote area and other contractors would either not travel this far or want to charge exorbitant fees. Her team was prompt, highly professional and solved the problem. I highly recommend them!

Contacted them on Monday for an appoint to evaluate our problem. They met with us on Tuesday to see what we needed to do to secure our home. On Friday the work was done on our home.

Excellent with feedback and did a great job. However, have experienced difficulty in reaching (texts) them after the job was done (which is why I gave them 4 stars). Overall, a good company to work with though!
