"Islas Masonry Solutions did an exceptional job. We needed a concrete walkway constructed immediately for my 87 year old mother. Franciso Jr. met us at my mother's home, he was on time and provided an estimate. He began the project on time, finished on time, cleared away and cleaned all debris from the yard and street. He was extremely professional and the concrete walkway is exceptional work. I highly recommend this company for any stone, brick, block or stucco work you may need. "Our house has some water damage issue in the first floor and basement. The company sent Landon to our house. He is very kind, smart and knowledgeable person. He inspected the house and honestly explained that he did not see any house foundation issues. The water leaking issues were caused by pipe broken. He said "If you house has any foundation issues, please contact us". We will definitely use them for any foundation related repair jobs in the future."

"We began with 3/4s of an acre of red Georgia clay sloping down toward a lake. Byrd and Rebecca provided all the creative ideas we needed to make this property special--retaining wall, drainage, rock garden, flagstone patio and stone paths, paver driveway, sod, and perfect plantings. The work took a number of weeks--Carlos and his crew worked long days and each step was done meticulously and professionally--and the result is stunning. Cobblestone fell out of favor with the advent of motor vehicles. Asphalt and concrete are both much smoother surfaces allowing for a smoother ride. When painting brick, each application method has distinct advantages and disadvantages. Spraying is significantly faster but may not penetrate deeply beyond the surface layer. Rolling is effective for working paint into the brick's texture but can be less effective on mortar joints. If you opt for a roller, choose a thick nap of at least a half-inch to ensure paint gets into all the crevices for even coverage. Using a brush is generally not recommended as it is very time-consuming and provides poor surface penetration. Ultimately, a combination of spraying followed by back-rolling is often the best strategy for a durable and even finish.
