I am honest, fair, and if there is a job I am not qualified for, I will disclose that up front, rather than bumble along pretending I know how. I generally overbuild my jobs for strength and longevity, not sacrificing for cost-cutting measures, unless specifically required to do so, but even then I still deliver maximum quality in my work.
