Hello, I have owned my own part-time custom woodworking/furniture business for over a decade, which is growing more and more. I create my own custom furniture, as well as reproduction and restoration. I also have experience with built-ins, stairs, trimwork, and cabinetry. I also offer handyman services, I have 18+ years experience in minor home repairs, such as plumbing, drywall repair, deck and fence repair, cement repair, framing and remodeling, and more. I am honest, fair, and if there is a job I am not qualified for, I will disclose that up front, rather than bumble along pretending I know how. Woodworking is my passion. In 2011 I started it as a hobby and absolutely fell in love. Inspired by the craftsman style of the early 1900s, I began making frames, small pieces of furniture, and kitchen cabinets for my own home. Already a collector of antique furniture from the same period, I had an appreciation for the craftsmanship that went into each piece. In 2021 I took the leap to follow my dream and pursue woodworking full time. As my experience has grown so has my appreciation for other styles. I particularly enjoy working with old growth reclaimed lumber...wood that has a story. While I like the fact that I'm able to save something from going to the landfill, I love that the story of where the wood came from will live on in the pieces I create. My goal is to make pieces that last well beyond a lifetime in a timeless style that fit with almost any decor.

"NIGHTMARE Paid a total of $26,300. for â built-inâ , custom, floor to ceiling cabinets. Project started December, 2022 with a down payment of $13,150.00. Gaping space between cabinet and ceiling. A 32 bottle, built in wine rack collapsed with only five bottles in it. Numerous separation points between the three cabinet partitions. On 5.8.2023 against my better judgment, paid balance of $13,150.00 off in full. I typically hold back 15% for checklist items but understood this contractor was in need of the money.
