"Andrew was the point person on this job and did most of the work. I had already moved an was putting this empty house up for sale the next week and needed the work done quickly. He gave me a quote the same day I asked and started the work the next day. He did most of the job himself and worked later into the evenings to meet my deadline to put the house on the market. The house was built in 1940 and the walls had lots of cracks from settling. He had to repair and sand a lot of area before painting and when he was done you couldn't tell where the cracks had been. The ceilings in the living and dining rooms were water stained from a previous roof leak, so he said they needed primed with oil primer before painting so the stains would show through. Both ceilings looked really great when he was done. He was also vey careful to cover the wood floors so as to not get any paint on them. I hadn't noticed the spaces between the crown molding and the ceilings and walls; however, Andrew pointed it out and did an expert job of filling them in so that I couldn't even see the repair.
While power washing the house one of the neighbors hired him to power wash their house, too!
I have used Andrew and Rob on several other jobs in my home and church and am always happy with the results. Really great guys!

"Communication on the front end was a little tricky - I would call him rather than use Angie's List to write to him. Overall we were exceptionally pleased. Great guy. Has a helper for 2-man work. Cost to do everything (including running around for components) was less than we were quoted for a basketball installation crew to show up and do the install after we did all the running around to get things ready for them. My son says the hoop is more sturdy than it ever was before."

"The work was completed, but several areas on the shed had gaps, and many nails were pounded through the wood walls but were not anchored to anything. It is just a shed, however, so perfection was not really an issue. The roof had a slight problem that was fixed very quickly and efficiently. The employees were very friendly and very nice. "I joined Angie's List to find someone that worked on portable air conditioners.  My brother took the unit apart to get to the blower wheel - but he told me that he didn't think that he could get to the damaged part and even if he did, he wasn't sure he could put the unit back together.  My brother can fix anything, so when he gave up,  I knew that I needed a professional. I liked the reports posted for  "On Call Maintenance", so I called (on a  Saturday) & left a brief message about what I needed.   In a very short time, Steve returned my call & he told me he felt confident that he could replace the part & put the unit back together.  I ordered the blower wheel & received it on the following Wednesday.   I called Steve & made an appointment for the next day at 10AM.  Steve had the part replaced and the unit working within an hour.  He was professional, courteous,  punctual, & returned/answered all of my calls.  My unit works great & Steve even installed the hoses & weatherized the windows better than they were before.  I will definitely call on Steve in the future.  In fact, I have a plumbing problem in my kitchen - I think I'll call him now."
