"We hired Jason to install new wooden treads on our stairs as well as hardwood flooring on two stair landings. He came immediately to give us a quote, the quote was very reasonable and we hired him to do the work. He came as scheduled and on-time. We did not know how to find a stain that for the treads that would match our banister and we were concerned that that vinyl click lock flooring we were going to put on the landings would match. Jason suggested that we use oak hardwood on the landings for a perfect match with the treads. He went to the supply house and found a stain that would match our banister color perfectly. He also found the proper oak hardwood for the landings. He went WAY above and beyond what I would expect any contractor to do. He also did a number of other things to make the landing transitions perfect. We recommend him VERY highly. He cleaned up the work site and was very reliable. A cedar fence will actually last quite a long time even if you don’t treat it with stain. In fact, you can expect to get between 15 and 30 years out of an untreated cedar fence.
