"We chose Anthony & Sylvan pools because they are a national company who has been building pools for years. And because they guarantee the gunite pool shell for life. We were not disappointed. Tom Slattery, the onsite construction manager made the process smooth. He kept us informed what was going to be happening. He was very patient with all of our questions and answered them all. Also a shout out to Jeremy Siebert who designed a beautiful pool for us. In the end we love our pool and would recommend Anthony & Sylvan to anyone looking to build a pool."

"Subject: Exceptional Service from Bey Pools! I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service we received from Bey Pools. My husband and I were facing a significant leak in our pump system, and we were understandably stressed about the situation. The piping was misaligned, and the gaskets were old, leading to the leak. Instead of making us wait until the next day, the team at Bey Pools arrived promptly and addressed the issue right away. They worked diligently and stayed on-site until they had completely resolved the leak, ensuring everything was fixed to our satisfaction. What truly impressed us was their generosity; they not only filtered our pool but also replaced several components of our system without charging us additional fees. Itâ s rare to find a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction to this extent! We are absolutely thrilled with the results, and our pool looks amazing once again. We have never encountered a problem like this before, and we were grateful that the Bey Pools team did not take advantage of our novice understanding. Instead, they took the time to explain how our system works and provided us with the best course of action to ensure our pump system lasts, all while keeping costs in mind. We will definitely be returning to Bey Pools for any future pool needs and will recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you once again for your outstanding service and support! We truly trust you and appreciate everything you've done for us. Best regards, The Lettre Family"
