"Hurricane Irma caused water intrusion in home. We speculated it was from a window. Thanks to Florida Leak Locators, we managed to get Mike to come out the same day. He discovered our leak was not in our window as we thought but we had gaps in our Stucco expansion slots that allowed water to get in behind and down. Also he discovered a secondary leak area further down the wall. Thanks to FLL a repair bill we thought was going to be astronomical is now managable as we can pinpoint the area to fix!"

It is with great pleasure that I submit this review for Royal Painting LLC. My husband and I purchased the exterior painting deal from Angie?s List. After meeting with Michael and selecting the solid stain for our house, Michael?s guys came out and cleaned the house by washing it down (not pressure washing), and spent what seemed like more time than what we had experienced in the past, and did a great job in preparing the house for the solid stain we had selected. Due to the rain, we had a few delays along the way, but James was there every morning at 7:30 ready to start. Our house is 37 years old. We have stained the house several times, and was surprised that they brushed the stain on instead of spraying. And let me add, that it looks much better, and cost less than the last time we had it done. While both painters worked diligently to complete the job, we were both particularly impressed by how hard and focused James was on the project. The house looks great. We have had several compliments from family and friends as to how good it looks, and will definitely not hesitate to use them again.
