Tony & his team just finished up the exterior of our house and all I can say is it looks amazing. Our house hasn't been painted in the 24 years we've lived here and as a result has years of tree mildew, dirt and wear and turn. Even after the thorough pressure washing of the entire house, driveway, patio and walkways, it looked 100% better but once it was painted, it looks like a brand new house. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the results. It was a daunting task going thru and interviewing all the painting companies out there, but LoRusso was not only the most cost effective but we knew right from the start that Tony does this work with great pride and leads his team the same. Without hesitation we highly recommend LoRusso Painting and in fact will be using them again for our interior painting.

The repair went smoothly and was done on a timely basis and with professionalism and courtesy. I won't use anyone else!

The owner and his son arrived on time, completed the job and even pressure washed stepping stones. They have done work for us two other times and would recommend them.

Paul and his son were prompt in performing the services and return phone calls.  They were excellently priced.  A good family business that takes pride in there work and it shows.

They asked a fair price, were timely and professional. I take part of the blame for hiring a carpenter to work on the chimney instead of a roofing company. Everything was going well, they cleaned up as they went and had the new wood installed. I was concerned because of the wood was too close to the roof and would have made contact with the water during heavy downpours. I asked them to correct it which they did and the job looked well done. I contracted to have the wood replaced because it was dry rotting but it had never leaked.

I developed a roof leak below the chimney later that year. I tried cementing any suspect shingles and caulking around the chimney to no avail. So I contracted to have the roof replaced to fix the leak. I had them inspect the chimney area closely and they told me the flashing at the chimney was damaged and that the siding would have to come off to fix it. So I ended up paying to have new siding, Hardee board, installed over the part of the siding that did not need removed to fix the flashing. I did not see the damage myself but the leak has been fixed.

I rated them good overall and would have rated them excellent if the above did not occur. My thought s are that a roofer would have been more careful with the flashing or known enough to have replaced it, hence why I take part or the responsibility in not hiring a roofer and not seeing the damage myself, I did not feel comfortable lowering their rating. I would utilize them again but only on jobs which they normally perform.

Paul lorusso arrived promptly at 8:00am for 3 days with 2 men to begin each day.  He took control of the situation and clearly had a plan when he arrived.  They did not stop until lunch and I think they didn't even take an hour lunch.  They left around 4:30/5:00.  I moved my knick-knacks and they moved all the heavy furniture carefully draping tarps to protect everything.  He had a contract which spelled out what was happening, what was being painted and what cost what.  Real gentlemen, all of the guys.
