One of the worst contractors we have ever had the misfortune of working with. Slow, shoddy work, corners cut everywhere, they must be watched constantly. We have already had to let them go after less than a month, and hire another team to fix much of their work. They exaggerate their skill set. Worst of all, Robert and team have a very poor attitude, the opposite of "can do." They are also very unprofessional, sending rude messages at odd hours of the night which often make no sense and include inappropriate language. We would never ever hire them again!

I am throughly pleased with the work that Robert did. He was very professional and did exactly what he said he would do. His prices are fair and aligned with other quotes I had previously received . I have actually scheduled another job for him to complete next week. I will continue to use him for ALL my handyman needs.

He and his team removed and replaced rotten siding then painted the entire house. The work was done on time and at a very high quality.

Robert called me the very next morning after I put in my request for siding repair. We've spent 2 years looking for someone to do this project. We came the same day to do an estimate and showed up the very next morning to do the siding repair and frame out our skylights (another project we've been wanting to do for a long time!). He was punctual, courteous, very reasonable and did a fabulous job. My husband could not even tell which piece of siding he had replaced. I would highly recommend!!!

Just okay. Work started out great. Price was great and he was very responsive and on time. We discussed the issues and at that time he said he could cover the cracks in my drywall and install new siding. I requested pressure treated window sills for the room because the wood sills I had were warped feom the heat of the sun. As we neared the end of the project the work became sloppy. He left a hole in my wall and said he could not get his tool in there to put a piece in there to cover it. The last wall he put siding on was not measured pproperly. He filled 1/2 inch gaps with caulking to fill in the gaps which he was not even going to do until I asked him to. The door he installed fell off the top hinge so my husband had to put in longer screws. The drywall that was cracked has started to crack all over again. He also threw away the universal key to rekey the smartlock he just installed for me. Lastly he was supposed to fix a crack in my garage ceiling and he only fixed 1/2 of it. First hired this company to do siding repair (see previous review). Work was outstanding on that project ! Then hired them to do siding for COMPLETE HOUSE. Superb work both times. Main points are as follows: 1. Reliable- shows up at day/time they say. 2. Attention to detail- Little things that people wouldn t otherwise notice 3. Quality work on both painting and siding- pics available if desired. 4. Accessible- answered all my texts and phone messages. Kept me continually appraised during inclement weather. 6. Already have other projects in mind so highly recommend if you want quality, fair pricing, and reliability.

Pritchett Brothers Handyman Service is an exceptional contractor. I was impressed with the company from the first time I talked Robert on the phone. He has a calm and caring demeanor, which I thought was spectacular. He listened to all of my requests, concerns, and answered all of my questions. He quoted me a great price too. I hired them to paint the interior of my house and they started the job a few days later. He assured me that they would not complete the job until I was completely satisfied. I thought that was very honorable. They did such a great job painting the interior of my house. I was so pleased and impressed with the overall quality that I hired them to paint my garage, install two bathroom sinks, paint all three exterior doors, adjust front and back door locks, and adjust kitchen cabinet doors. Their attention to detail and customer service are unmatched. They strive on making the the customer satisfied. I recommend them to to four of my neighbors and my mother in lawâ s realtor. I normally donâ t recommend contractors to friends and family because I fear the contractor may do a poor job. I donâ t have a problem recommending this contractor because I have complete faith that they will do exceptional work. Removed the vinyl siding from my home and replaced it with LP Smart Side siding with 1x4 trim. Arrived and departed at the same time each day. Great production. Finished on schedule. Quality work at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend!

Robert did a great job. Removed the old vinyl siding. Installed cement fiber horizontal siding. Caulked and painted the new siding. He was on time and keep the job very clean. I highly recommend him and his crew. Well done!

We hired Robert Pritchett to replace our rotten siding with Hardie Board planks. He also painted the whole house afterwards and paid attention to all the details. Robert was professional, on time, and gave us frequent updates. He did very quality work and we are so happy with the results. Robert Pritchett power washed my house, repaired rotted wood around my window and painted all of the trim on the exterior of my house. He showed up on time, checked in regularly, was polite and extremely professional.
