"Best experience ever! I had just purchased the home and was moving in that day. In the morning found that the shower pipe coming out of the wall was leaking very badly. I needed a plumber that same day! Trust EB Plumbing Services not only were able to schedule an appointment that same day, they showed up right on time. After evaluating the problem, they were able to propose a solution that did not require tearing the drywall out. And then in testing the shower afterwards they found that the shower/tub had been installed incorrectly and there was no hot water. And they fixed it! And then I asked them to look at a slow running bathroom sink, and they fixed it also. These guys are amazing! I am already planning to have them back to do some work in my kitchen. I highly recommend Trust EB Plumbing."

"It took a lot of detective work to find the problem (due to the rarity of the problem), but they discovered it and took care of the problem. They did a good job and cleaned up very well. They told us that if had they installed the water heater that this problem would not have happened. It was a ball of some sort that had blocked the hot water pipe and they always remove those when they install a new water heater."

"Had issue with septic tank overflowing when heavy use such as washing multiple loads of laundry. Had 2 other septic tank companies and both immediately went to "you need to replace your drain field". No analysis or testing just straight to the $10 K to $12 K estimates. Then Jeff from Tampa Bay Plumbers came out and explained their process. The end quote for a new drain field was about 4-5 k less depending upon if we had to have a a pump also installed. That was awesome to hear in itself. But first he said that we should do the following, pump out the tank and then get to the distributor box and see if may be something was wrong there. Wow he was going to actually diagnose the problem. Refreshing. So their techs came out the next day, one pumped out the tank while the other dug around the distributor box. Low and behold the box was filled with sludge. The system is over 20 years old. He thoroughly cleaned out the box and tank of sludge and the pipes leading into the drain field. Those too had some sludge about 2 feet from the box but he was able to clear them as well. So although we suspect the drain field may need replacement in the future, we think we have a few more years before that is needed and appreciate a company who wants your business by not jumping to the most expense "fix" when it is NOT necessary. Professionalism and honesty earns them my plumbing and septic work from now on. If you are smart you will always call them to at least get a quote for any of your plumbing needs."

"Dan investigated the machine and told me how the whole process works. He pointed out a few things that were not set correctly and reset them. He said he could clean it, but if I had a shop vac, that I could do it and wouldn't need to pay him for that service. He then said the machine works fine and that moving it to the garage would be a waste of money because it was absolutely ok where it was. I was prepared to pay him to move it and had told him that upon arrival. After he reset the controls and showed me how to clean the tank, he got me started. It's clean and works fine, and I have knowledge for the future. Dan just asked for the $30 service call (Angie's List discount), and I was happy to pay. Great service, great price. I will not call anyone else other than Dan for any future needs with regard to water treatment or water softeners."

"John did a great job replacing a 40’ drain line on our property. He used solid PVC and removed the old corrugated tubing. It works great!! He also cut and replaced some landscaping bricks surrounding the actual drain. He cleaned up the mess each night and raked the whole area for me."

We purchased the $79 deal to get $200 worth of plumbing.   We requested that the plumber install a faucet in the bathroom and a garbage disposal.   He did install a faucet in the bathroom and told us not to use it for 24 hours.   We did not use it for at least 30 hours.   My son took a shower and when he turned the water off the faucet cover popped off and broke.    We were without a shower in that bathroom two more days until my husband fixed it himself.   The plumber said he would not replace our garbage disposal because it was not hooked up the way it was suppose to be.   He said he would come back out the following Monday (if we bought and install kit and gave him an extra $75).   Anyway, we could not afford to give them any additional money.   My husband installed the garbage disposal and the faucet himself.   I guess we spent $79 to take off the old faucet.   Not a great deal in my opinion.
