He also installed plumbing outside the garage that would allow us to use non-treated water in appropriate circumstances. "Coupon scam.  I purchased a coupon for $79 to give me up to $200 of work.  I had already tried to install my new garbage disposal but had some trouble loosening the bolts on the old one as I don't have a lot of strength.  I am a confirmed do-it-yourselfer but decided to spend the $ 79 and make it easy on myself.  He arrived promptly, and I had all laid out and the cabinet cleared and ready since I had already been working on it.  When the gentleman arrived he informed me the cost would be well over $100 as the coupon would only give me $79 discount.  I said that was not the agreement with the coupon and was ready to send him on his way when he recanted and said he had made a "mistake".  So he did the job for $79 which took less than an hour.  He did the job OK and the disposer works fine with no leaks.  He asked me to fill out an evaluation, which I did, explaining the issue with the coupon.  He took the evaluation and I'm sure it never got turned in.  I decided to just let it go, but now looking at other reviews recounting the same experience, I am sure this is a standard scam  with the coupons from this company so I decided to add my review.  Although the work was OK and the fellow was nice enough, I rate them low because of the scam."
