"I had them out initially for a toilet replacement. Fee was reasonable, proceeded with job. However, I called a second time to get an estimate for an extremely simple job (garbage disposal replacement.. literally a 10 minute job) and they refused to even provide an estimate over the phone. I called another company we'd used before who gave me an immediate quote, and I proceeded with that company instead. I understand some jobs require more complex quoting, but to require an on-site fee for an extremely simple repair (along with zero idea of what the final cost would be) seems a bit unreasonable."

That is the type of company you have here! Trent and Daylon were very thorough in hydro-jetting my main sewer line. They also cleaned out the filter that goes from my septic to my drainfield. (Which was the above and beyond part.) Wasn't charged for that:) Pricing was very reasonable!
