"Excellent, was on time and perfect. Brad and his team (sorry, forgot his name) were even able to lift the concrete wall and it was done perfectly. They even caulked around the entire area, cleaned it out etc. Used hydraulic lift to lift it and then put the foundation repair compound. THank you."

"Ron came by soon after I requested an estimate. He was very efficient, came at the time we agreed upon, and offered options as to how to best do the job which was to repair my driveway pavers and refresh the driveway, walkway, and lanai pavers. Ron and his son worked efficiently to restore the pavers with an end result with them looking better than new. I would highly recommend this team as they did a wonderful job plus stayed within the original estimate. Ron works in other surfaces as well and will be returning here for another task of sealing a tiled shower. He is a man of many skills."

"We could not believe the transformation with Ole Mendez design for our front yard. So many neighbors have stop to see what company. They did such a fantastic job which requires hardly any watering that we hired him to do our sons cottage. Again the finished product was far above our expectations. You should generally drill into the mortar joints when installing shutters on brick. Mortar is softer, which makes drilling easier and puts less strain on your tools. The tip has a bulky carbide arrow-shaped end slightly larger than the rest of the bit shaft. Standard or high-speed drill bits designed for making holes in wood or metal don’t have the ruggedness or design shape you need to drill into brick. They may not go through the brick at all, and if they do, they’re more likely to overheat, crack, or dull before you finish drilling.
