Well, I?ll tell you when I bought the house. I knew that the air conditioning and furnace would need to be repaired or replaced, but I?m not paying almost $20,000 for air conditioner and 800 square-foot home. I talked to another company after them and they quoted me a quote of five to $7000 for the same size unit. You tell me if they?re ripping people off."
