"I hired this company to put in a generator after seeing their commercials on TV, and seeing all the high reviews online. I can say that my experience has been horrible. First off, the permitting process took months, just to get the approval to install the generator. After the install, city permitting workers came out countless times sighting issues that needed to be resolved that seemingly didn’t get resolved because they’d get flagged again for the same issues. The biggest being they installed the generator too close to the natural gas line, which caused them to move the generator over about 18 inches and needing to install a giant junction box on the outside wall of my house. Not a great look. During the install and clearing permits, it’s almost impossible to get ahold of anyone to get a status update. I’d call and leave messages, email – repeatedly – before I’d finally get someone to reply. Fast forward a year, I discovered they installed one of the junction boxes incorrectly to my pool heater, causing it to fill up with water… so another repair. Now after the first year they hit you with a $600 per year contract to continue to monitor the generator for issues. Even after I signed it, I still get an email asking me to sign up every couple of weeks.. I’ve responded a dozen times telling them I’ve signed up for the monitoring program and to stop emailing me. Now the icing on the cake. I’m paying $600 a year for them to 'monitor' for problems. Today we lost power and the generator didn’t turn on. Looked at my mobile app, and it shows the cell signal used to monitor the generator isn’t working. I open the generator and the control panel that runs the entire system is blank and not working. Obviously a major problem… and isn’t that why I’m paying $600 a year for Reliable to monitor for problems and fix them before they cause an issue? This monitoring program is a scam. If they were actually monitoring the system they would've seen that my generator didn't exercise on Monday as scheduled, and that I've been offline over a week! Calling to ask that question just got me on the line with some low level customer service person, who can’t do anything but set an appointment a week from now. If you’re going to install a generator, look elsewhere."

"We have used Country Inn Pet Resort and Animal Hospital. located at 2100 S Flamingo Rd, Davie, FL 954-424-6525 for our 4 dogs (2 french bulldogs and 2 boxers). On one side of this complex is the animal hospital. On the other side is the resort. There are 2 vets; they have pet training (the Caesar's Way- the Dog Whisperer) and pet boarding. When boarding, if there is any problem during a stay there, the assistants will walk across the hallway and let the vet see our dogs. The dogs have stayed at the pet resort and as well as see the vets for a few years now. Our dogs get all their medical needs as well as get treated for any problems that may arise. Country Inn really takes care of the dogs. We absolutely trust and love Country Inn Animal Hospital and Pet Resort. We recommend Country Inn Animal Hospital and Pet Resort to anyone !!!"

From my initial meeting with Kevin & throughout the resurfacing process it has been very positive. Kevin is straight forward, provides helpful recommendations & gave a competitive estimate at our initial meeting. The 3 Bluewater Teams (prep, install & 30 day pool water maintenance) did high quality work, good clean up & answered my questions with a smile. Kevin was engaged in all stages to ensure the work met his standards. In addition to the pool resurfacing, pool light/skimmer replacements + a 5x6’ bench seat was added. "Placed a call for service on Wednesday afternoon. John walked me thru what I needed done and said he would have other service calls in my area the next day. If that wasn't open for me, he could definitely schedule my job the next week. I agreed and received s call from Tim, the electrician, around noon on Thursday. If it was convenient he could be at my home in 30 minutes. It was and he arrived promptly. It took him about an hour to install the new fan and ceiling light fixture and then check the issue with the exterior motion sensor security lights. He worked quickly and answered all questions about what he found while working. The areas were immaculate when he was completed. I will be calling again with any future electrical needs and highly recommend this company."
