Their service is on time and on schedule. They seem to be doing a good job. Their price is competitive with the others. They do the vacuuming and stuffs that they are supposed to do.
Description of Work: We have been using Luli Pools since April for pool services. They do cleaning, regular servicing and chemicals. They come every week on Thursday.

Right from the beginning, I noticed that I had to do all the follow up phone calls as nobody ever called me back to give me an update on my pending repair. The technician that came out was friendly but lacked skill/knowledge about the spa as I had to direct him where he could find the inner electrical components. He never used a voltmeter to check for any power issues and instead just disconnected and reconnected wires to different locations as a hit or miss system to find a solution to the problem. When I pointed out a burned out plug, he discovered a broken wire behind it and made a direct connection to rig a repair. He left saying to let it run a few hours and call back to advise if it fixed the problem. I spent the next few weeks making repeated calls and leaving messages with employees that the spa was not working. After two appointments to come out and complete the repair were broken by Luli Pools, I came out to their location and was told they did not want to waste any more time on my spa and would refund me my money. Then they changed their mind and stated they would split the service call with me and charge me 45.00 for the repairs they performed. The manager, Mr Bouza did not accept my offer to come out and personally inspect the spa to verify that it in fact is still not working properly and insisted that his technician advised him that the spa was left in working order, basically insinuating he did not believe me. They took 45.00 for absolutely no service and over a month of frustrating phone calls to try to get the spa issue resolved. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I contracted Luli Pools to check my spa for a buzzing sound and the water not heating. The technician came out and said it was a 4 way switch that needed replacement at a cost of 266.97. I agreed to the price and repair. After many phone calls he finally returned to install the part but that did not fix the problem. He then dismantled the spa pack to find another issue and disconnected an electrical contractor which he said was the real problem. The buzzing sound did stop but the water still did not heat up adequately. After more weeks of phone calls and being stood up on two occasions to come out and complete the repair, I visited the store to complain to the owner. The manager Mike Bouza said he would refund my money when I returned the part that was left at my house. When I returned with the part he credited my Visa 221.97 but said he had to charge me 45.00 for the repairs completed by his technician on my spa. I told him the spa was not repaired and that I did not think it was fair to be charged any amount as I would have to hire another company to finish the work they were suppose to do. He still kept the 45.00 charge on my acct.
