"I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs."

"My Geek-tech technician fixed a number of issues I was having with my computers, some of which I didn't even know I had. He also made some adjustments to make it easier for me to use my laptops. A big thank you to Albert Johnson for his help!"

"Taught me how to use and repaired my computer They are the best"

"Had a strange issue with my laptop where the cursor kept moving around on its own even when I wasn’t touching anything. Found MicroSec through Angi and they were able to work on it remotely here in Cudjoe Key. They figured out what was going on and got the computer working normally again. They also cleaned things up, went through the security on Chrome and Edge and installed Bitdefender for some added protection. Everything was explained as they went and the laptop is running good now. Really convenient being able to get the whole thing taken care of without having to bring the computer anywhere."

"Tony with Modern Technology Services is terrific! Very knowledgeable, exceptionally professional, prompt and is willing to take time and explain everything and answer all the questions and just a super nice guy to have business with. His service is as good as it gets. When installing Control 4 for our home he faced unexpected problems: the room the system was supposed to be installed was the farthest end of the house from our router and needed an extender. After everything was done and working with control 4 and after Tony was gone all of a sudden I found out, that my laptop is not getting wifi correctly throwing me off every 5 minutes, though all the other devices, like ipads and iphones were working perfectly well, in the same area. I called Tony and he came the next morning and in half hour everything was fixed. It turned out that my laptop did not like the extender and was trying to connect to both : extender and rout at the same time. Very smart guy! No doubt I will use his service again!"

"I was so thrilled to have two routers installed in my home for internet purposes working off my laptops, iPads, iPhones and tv's. The installers were so professional, so efficient and I am so very happy with their service. Thank you, Premier Electronics. Excellent work."
