"I am so impressed with Lipsky and Son. Nathan came to assess our job and was knowledgeable and honest about the difficulties involved with the tile we wanted to use. He was prompt, friendly and professional in his demeanor. He returned phone calls and produced an estimate very quickly, which was helpful for us with an urgent time frame. Alex was the Site supervisor who was the most professional of any vendors we have dealt with, and the list is long. He was completely courteous and dedicated to doing the job right. He consistently came to assess the work as it was progressing, and insisted on corrections that would perfect the final result. "First of all, we are very fussy. We interviewed and got quotes from six companies. Miguel was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. I was able to visit a similar job he had just finished and I was impressed. His people came in and tore up all my old tile, patched cracks and vapor sealed the floor before installing our new 24 × 48 polished porcelain tiles. The work is exquisite.
