"I am so impressed with Lipsky and Son. Nathan came to assess our job and was knowledgeable and honest about the difficulties involved with the tile we wanted to use. He was prompt, friendly and professional in his demeanor. He returned phone calls and produced an estimate very quickly, which was helpful for us with an urgent time frame. Alex was the Site supervisor who was the most professional of any vendors we have dealt with, and the list is long. He was completely courteous and dedicated to doing the job right. He consistently came to assess the work as it was progressing, and insisted on corrections that would perfect the final result. He made sure to follow-up to get approval from me on the phases of this job, and has proven to be a problem solver, as this small job presented several challenges (tiling a recessed bathroom nitch and fixing the damaged wall around it). And we work until we get it right.” Wow I am so grateful that we found Lipsky & Son, or that they found us through our inquiry with Angi. After the tile was installed beautifully and the wall around it smoothed and painted, I revealed to Alex that his was the 4th attempt we made at getting this job done right. "Rafael was very prompt in contacting me for my project. He gave me a very fair quote that was 25% less than my previous one. He actually started almost immediately with the demo of my backsplash in my kitchen. Cleaned up well after and came back the next day to put in the board and tile. Jason listened to our ideas, added insight based on his years or experience, and then executed our plan to perfection. Watching Jason work is like watching a fine craftsman plying his trade. Over the years I've had numerous occasions to watch tile setters knock out a job...bing bam, their out the door and what you get is what you get...good, bad, or indifferent. It's just another job. Not so with Jason. Watching the manner in which Jason performs his work, it's obvious the man takes pride in what he does. Everything has to be "just so". In this day and age, it's increasingly rare to find a craftsman who takes pride in his work. Jason is DEFINITELY one of those."

"Miguel and his 413 team were the best! He provided a quick quote, followed up on each question we had through the entire process and made good on all promises and expectations. His professionalism and customer service was beyond expectation. He made sure to work around our tight schedule and completed our projects in minimal time. Our projects included entire house LVP floor installation (demo of carpet and tile areas first) and two complete bathroom demos and remodels. The two bathroom remodels included converting one to ADA compliance standards and the second one was a complete tiling and glass door install after removing the old tile and tub.
