"I am so impressed with Lipsky and Son. Nathan came to assess our job and was knowledgeable and honest about the difficulties involved with the tile we wanted to use. He was prompt, friendly and professional in his demeanor. He returned phone calls and produced an estimate very quickly, which was helpful for us with an urgent time frame. Alex was the Site supervisor who was the most professional of any vendors we have dealt with, and the list is long. He was completely courteous and dedicated to doing the job right. He consistently came to assess the work as it was progressing, and insisted on corrections that would perfect the final result. He made sure to follow-up to get approval from me on the phases of this job, and has proven to be a problem solver, as this small job presented several challenges (tiling a recessed bathroom nitch and fixing the damaged wall around it). I appreciated Alex’s philosophy: “it’s not a problem, it’s a situation. And we find solutions to situations- that’s what we do. I ended up using them to remodel the entire kitchen, install vinyl flooring, tile work, a complete backyard fence install and more. Everything was done to perfection and at a very reasonable cost. Rather than bringing in different people for different jobs, they were able to handle every request I threw at them and I was amazed with Julio, the owner, who was not happy unless everything was perfect. Their professionalism ensured a very positive experience with no delays. They also arranged for an independent plumber to reconnect the plumbing and install a new waste disposal. "The job proved to be difficult. They ended up having to chip away and cart off an old, ugly ceramic tile floor that was discovered by surprise after removing the carpeting. Classic Tile and Stone removed that flooring and laid down the new porcelain floor and did a great job. The ñy work cleanly, and the new tile looks great."

He gave me an estimate that was not only the best of the quotes I received for this project, and significantly under what I would consider appropriate for the job. He was able to start work within a day, and worked much faster than I though possible, leveling out a floor, self leveling it, installing dry wall, and consulting on design details to fit my wife's vision of the project. He had ready solutions, gave us a great concept towards that vision, and executed it cleanly, professionally, and with the confidence that comes only with experience. He actually started almost immediately with the demo of my backsplash in my kitchen. Cleaned up well after and came back the next day to put in the board and tile.
