"I decided it was time to re-do my old, outdated, ugly master bathroom. I initially thought I would try to save money and hire a DIY/one-man fixer upper, but soon realized that was taking up too much of my time and I could never find anyone dependable. I did some research and found S&W Kitchens (Longwood showroom). I liked that they were family owned and had been around for a long time. My first encounter was with Amy who would be my design lead. Our first meeting was to talk about the whole process of what and how working with S&W Kitchens would entail. She was very thorough and made things very easy to understand. Once we got through that stage, meetings were set up discuss my vision of what the bathroom would look like. I did have several photos and a concept of what I was wanting to do which did help in that process, as well as helpful suggestions from Amy. Once everything was decided, Amy did a fantastic job in every aspect of putting together the materials that were needed to begin the job and following through to completion. My next point of contact was with Adam who was the construction supervisor. He arranged and scheduled the various trade subcontractors and always kept in touch with me on who would be showing up and when. If I had any issues during the renovation Adam was there to answer any questions, fix any problems, and make sure I was pleased with how things were going. We specialize in full bathroom, kitchen, and floor remodeling working with high end tile and laminate material. Our experience is over 25 years of union residential and commercial installations, and we personally install each project and do not outsource any work. "1 day they didn't come because he couldn't rent a truck. 2 other half days he went to previous customers to fix issues. Both of them left to go to Home Depot at least 2 times every day and took over an hour lunches. They cut the tile in my house and my whole house filled with sand from tile including my A/C filter. My dining room table was filled with his tools the whole time. They kept lying to me about everything and the day after they left I found that my bathtub would not hold water because of the drain, the toilet didn't flush unless you held the handle down. The spout on the tub and the vanity is not caulked and caulk from the floor tile was smeared on the wall. I texted him the next day and he said he would come back this week, but he didn't. I contacted him several more times and he kept telling me next week. It has been over 2 months and he hasn't contacted me to fix all the problems."
