HIS NUMBERS ARE NOW DISCONNECTED AND HE INSTALLED A HEATER A HANDRAIL THAT IS RUSTING I ONLY HAVE HAD IT LESS THAN 2 MONTHS. HE FINALLY RESPONDED BY EMAIL WITH NEW CONTACT INFORMATION AND TOLD ME TO USE STEEL WOOL TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.

Started out great but ended job poorly. Delays fr hurricane scare very understandable However,even though they were paid in full. (as per contract), skimmer drain had leakage issues that required pool refilling multiple times AND also resuled in deck tile delays. These situations took several weeks to conclude! Only because once they were paid in full we were no longer a priority. Delays..more than a few broken promises. Last broken promise was the follow up on the pool chemical balancing. No Show again!!! We gave up ( after calls & text messages ) and left that matter in the hands of our own pool maint.guy. MY ADVICE: If you decide to go with them, WITHHOLD a Final payment until ALL WORK & REPAIRS are completed! Every detail promised) We have decided NOT to use them for the travertine tile sealing (extra cost) I am sure they could care less, sadly.

The entire experience with Pro Pool Repair was great. Once we signed the agreement, they began work the following week and worked until complete. The entire area was left as clean as they found it. I would certainly recommend them for pool resurfacing and we will also be discussing other projects such as cool-deck with them.

Professional and knowledgeable. Installed a heat pump heater and salt chlorinator for our pool. Had it now for about a month, works fine. No issues so far. I would recommend George at Pro Pool repair.

Needed Pool Heater swap to enjoy the end of year break. Heater replaced on 24 hours at same price of others and with same manufacturer and labor warranty. 100% happy with the quality of job and the customer service. We are hiring them again for poll light fixture, remote control and salt cell system.

Resurfaced and installed new waterline tiles. Replaced 2 skimmers and repaired a leak 2 other companies failed to find. George answered my many texts and calls promptly and finished our pool on time even with the Hurricane. His estimate was detailed and reasonable and there were no new charges on the final bill. All of his recommendations turned our boring pool into a shimmering sea of sapphire blue. He installed new pool equipment after creating a spillover from the spa. Now we only have one heater, pump and filter and I have already seen a reduction in our electric & water bill. We can't say enough about the professionalism of this company. Considering we were doing this remodel long distance while we were away for the summer, communication was very important to us. Every question was answered in a timely manner. Resurfaced pool with new tiles. Bruce came to my house showed me my options, answered all my questions. Very professional and friendly. They completed my pool in 2 days. Pool looks great. When you call the office, you will get a quick response.
