"Genius Interior was excellent.  The technician was on time; the work was performed superbly and professionally.  The technician cleaned everything thoroughly including paint brushes and removed the old shelves and brackets.   I had purchased an Angie's Deal for two hours of work.  Genius Interiors acknowledged immediately and called to explain that there was an additional charge for travel that was not included in the Angie's Deal.  Initially I was disturbed because I had read the deal carefully and there was no mention made.  However, Genius Design manager was extremely polite and explained they had wanted to include this but it was Angie's who would not let Genius Design say it in the deal because then the deal would't look as good.  SHAME ON YOU ANGIE'S.  I decided to go ahead anyway on the strength of the rapport I felt for the person from Genius and their very professional demeanor and I am very glad I did.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
