"3 week kitchen turned into 9 weeks (all attributed to our change and shipping time?) After our change we did not get a detailed design and this caused problems. My wife became angry and Chris only came to the project one time after that; communicating through his workers. Our breakfast bar has a panel that does not match the cabinets; a piece of wood trim was pieced together leaving a large gap. At the end of the project Chris called me while I was at work and cursed me saying, ?What the $% do I have to do to get out of this %$ job?? I am finishing the project myself.
