I did not hire her because I was clear from the beginning that I only wanted guidance on wall colors, furniture layout, etc as I like decorating myself and wanted to do the project on my own. She came home and pushed very hard to get us to sign her up for her full services. There was no way we could just have her give us the guidance we were looking for. She sent us a quote for what she labeled as 'good' since she made us feel as that was our 'category' because we wouldn't want to spend much with her. We are doing an addition on the house, remodeled all rooms and spent a lot of money and still she made us feel we were 'cheap'. She even critiqued our newly remodeled kitchen and said we got "home Depot' hardware! I guess that if you don't shop at her places whatever you get is not going to be nice enough.
