I'm a retired gunite swimming pool contractor. Having spent over twenty-five years building pools with and without enclosures I have been through my fair share of screen sub-contractors. Now some thirty years later when having my own screen room replaced I was a little apprehensive selecting a contractor. Angi's provided a list of several LLCs to evaluate. When I contacted AAA Pro Screening I was very impressed with not only Ivan's response time and knowledge of his work but the detailed contract submitted at first meeting. Price was more than fair and the work performance was prompt and professional in every way. I can't say enough about how satisfied we are with Ivan's three employees, Me, Myself and I. All work was completed to perfection and he even cleaned up the surrounding yard and work area before leaving. I would enthusiastically recommend Ivan Alarcon (AAA Pro Screening) to anyone looking for a new pool enclosure or any screen repairs or renovation in the north Palm Beach County area.

We could not be happier. Our paint was broken down and moldy. Our gutter was not properly sloped and did not drain properly, with waterfall during heavy rain and constant clogging with leaves. Now the drainage works great, thanks to an added downspout suggested by Ivan and the larger gutters with proper slope. The paint looks fantastic. The screen is straight and tight. The new door operates smoother than ever. Ivan took great care to get every little detail right. His proposal was very detailed and specific, and he completed exactly as he proposed. We are glad we hired Ivan, and would absolutely make the same choice again.

Ivan did an excellent job replacing our gutters with super gutter, rescreening our entire patio, replacing old hardware on screen cage and reinforcing with cables. He his very precise and meticulous.

My screen enclosure was in pitiful shape when I bought my house which was built in 1969. Ivan performed a thorough inspection and explained in great detail all of the work required to refurbish and bring it up to code. He presented a proposal within a few days and we scheduled the work. Ivan and his crew took great care to prep the aluminum structure for paint then painted, replaced all of the anchors, installed new bracing and new doors. The enclosure looks new and has strength to face hurricanes. I very appreciate their hard work, expertise and highly recommend them for any screen enclosure project.

The structures needed to come down and rebuilt. Ivan completed this job. He is extremely meticulous in his measuring for accuracy. He does his work at your home, not in a factory. Therefore, you are guaranteed that the structure fits like a glove. This was not a small job, 4 doors, a doggy door, and a lot of screens. It is FANTASTIC. I can not recommend this company more. Our patio/ screen enclosure area had a leak from the improperly pitched gutter. It was causing damage to the fascia and to the pavers from the leaking. We had someone come and try to fix it before but, the root of the problem was not fixed. They just fixed the aesthetic of the problem. Soon after a few rainfalls the fascia started rotting and leaking again. This is where Ivan came in and identified the root cause of the problem and explained to us exactly what was going on. He took his time to thoroughly inspect the gutter and screen enclosure where the leak was occurring and went over IN DETAIL what his recommendations were. We hired him and he meticulously and efficiently completed the work; he even took care of extra issues that weren’t initially part of the job. Ivan has great work ethic which is hard to find here in south Florida. A truly genuine and trustworthy contractor and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to get the job done correctly.

Ivan was excellent. The price was a little higher than first quoted due to roots that were underground and not realized until the work began. The screening is beautiful and added privacy to the lanai. His work was meticulous. His assistant was also very conscientious. I would definitely hire the again.

Screen enclosure door replacement

Ivan did a wonderful job replacing several of our screens, securing our structure so it was ready for hurricane season, and replacing one of our doors. We felt his prices were very reasonable considering the amount of work he did. He was very meticulous and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to hire Ivan at AAA Pro Screening again.

AAA Pro Screening was amazing! I rarely write reviews but I was thoroughly impressed. He came out to give us a quote and checked each screen to make sure there were not any lose that we couldn’t tell. He was able to find one we had no idea was even broken. He told us he could come back the same week to complete the job. He called the day before and told me a time. He was on time and worked very efficiently. His pricing was very reasonable. I would use him again and I will definitely be referring him to my friends and family.

The job went very, very well. We have had friends who, upon seeing the lanai, thought it was brand new! Ivan (the owner) was very thorough and clearly takes pride in his work. He did not rush any part of the job and made sure I was satisfied with the result. I am very meticulous myself, so not the easiest to please. I am very confident that if I have any issues Ivan would absolutely stand behind his work. I know he provides other services (fascia/trim repair, gutters, etc.) and would certainly use him for that work if & when I need it.

Beat another quote. Came out same day and replaced screen in slider door wall. Area approximately 30" x 77 ". This was something that needed an expert and Ivan knew what he was doing.

Ivan did a great job. I explained to Ivan I didn’t want to cut corners and we decided to completely remove an old sub-standard patio and pour a new patio what was fully code compliant for construction of an additional room. It took longer for Palm Beach County to process the permit than the actual work took to complete. As soon as the permit was ready, the concrete sub-contractor began work. Once the new pad was ready, Ivan had the screen room complete in less than two weeks. The room features a roof with guttering, solid side panels and two doors. I knew I was paying a little extra for top-quality work and I wasn't disappointed. Ivan went above and beyond code requirements. Code only requires taping of the roof seams, but Ivan first calked the seams and then applied the tape. He also sealed all external screws with calk and used more screws than required by code. All materials were approved for " High-Velocity Hurricane Zones". Once he started the project, he was on site almost every day until the work was complete. I highly recommend Ivan if you’re looking for high quality work. We expect to enjoy this screened room for many years to come.
