99 Poorly! They used a power washer to clean River Rock. Power of washer created holes and discoloring of the River Rock. They tried to repair to no avail. Ruined thousands of dollars worth of work we spent to have installed originally. Now we are stuck with the cost of repair by another...

"The power head on my 20+ year old Aerus vacuum broke. I called Aerus of Orlando. A real person answered the phone. I explained the issue and he told me what I needed and the cost. Very reasonable price. When Donald arrived , he was on time and pleasant. I He got right to work fixing the original problem. I had forgotten to mention another issue. He immediately said he would look at it. I am sure glad I asked. I am very glad I asked. He took it apart and the inside was not good. The encasing around the motor was all broken into big and little pieces. Not safe at all. No telling when there would have been a fire. I purchased a new vacuum from Donald. After having the other one for over 20 years, I felt it was a good product for the price. He put it together and explained all the bells and whistles. I would recommend this business and Donald A Martin Sr. to all."
