Steve came the day after we called him, arriving 10 minutes early and getting immediately to work. He and his assistant were efficient, friendly and respectful of being in our home. The work was done perfectly, and $90 for two electricians working for an hour and a half was more than reasonable. I will definitely call Steve for any future electrical work I may need.

The service was performed the morning after I called for an estimate. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. Both of the men were professional and friendly. The bill was even lower than the estimate! I will certainly recommend and use this company for all of my electrical upgrades or issues.

All of the work was completed in one day at a fraction of the price of their competitor's outrageous estimate. Overall, I am very happy with their service.

Not only did Bright Electrical accomplish all tasks but they were willing to work with me on a couple of modifications. Everything works as expected and they even returned after I had a question on one of the installations. I found them to be thorough, hard working and very personable. Although the work carried them beyond their expected budget they completed all work, including my modifications, and did not change the estimate. That garnered a nice tip from us for their flexibility and committment to customer satisfaction. We would definitely recommend them for any residential electrical work.

Very Punctual arrived 5-10min early, both guys were pleasant to deal with and good workers. Our electric panel set up had 3 boxes: one box had some antiquated system you couldn't find parts for, the second was an added on fuse box, and the third a main breaker box. They all had exposed cloth wires that ran up through the main roof and then through a lower addition roof to a small meter on the outside that was tight against our addition with only one ground.. Steve had to pull all 3 boxes and convert them to one breaker box, cover the wires with piping, and squeeze a larger meter box up against the addition in a limited amount of time. He also had to add an additional ground wire to get us up to code which entailed having to cut my front porch walk and dig a trench for it in the front yard. He took care of all the permit issues too. All work was done cleanly where you can't even tell we just had some one tearing up the front yard and porch walkway, and they cleaned up inside as they went too. They also helped me mark all the new breakers at completion. This was an all day job, and had to be done in conjunction with the power company turning off the power, then county permitting coming out and inspecting, and then the power company coming back and turning the power back on. The power company actually was a no show the first day we scheduled the work and since they had to have the power shut off to do the work we had to reschedule everything for the following day. They were flexible and didn't upcharge me for having to come back, all work was done at the original estimate and completed on time. We were also worried about passing the inspection since the new codes don't always coincide with where the placement of the electric panels are in these older homes, but Steve got us through with no problem.

We only had low power to the house, we called Seco and they came after 7pm and verified we had power to the house and told us it was the main breaker. The next morning we called Bright electrical and he came right out and verified it was the main breaker. He went and got a new main breaker and waited until Seco could come out to pull the meter and completed the job. Everything was completed before 11:30am and we had full power back to the house. Wonderful customer service.

We have absolutely no complaints. Bright Electric performed all work in a timely and professional manner. They're prompt, courteous and they recommended cost saving measures for their customers. We are delighted with them!

Steve Bright was very professional estimate and actual bill was the same, the job took less than an hour.

Steve happened to be nearby, so came over within 15 minutes of my call. I have a sort of complicated breaker box setup. Even though I thought I had flipped all the switches, I hadn't. Steve saw the problem right away. He then checked all my outlets and looked at a ceilling fan light. He didn't have the part to fix it, but told me I could pick one up at Lowes and install it easily. Overall a good experience. My lights were back on and the concern I had about my wiring was alleviated.

Needed to upgrade service and make some other repairs. They were prompt and courteous, replaced the panel, and also took care of some other repairs that needed to be done. The price was very reasonable compared to other services that gave estimates. We went with Bright Electrical because they were listed on Angie's List, and are very happy that we did. We will not hesitate to call them again for any other work that we may need.

Steve was upbeat, friendly and professional at all times. He returned my call quickly and arrived promptly at the appointed time. Steve quickly assessed the electrical problem and had everything fixed in less than an hour. He was efficient, honest and fair with his pricing. I would highly recommend Bright Electrical.

Total experience with Bright Electric was excellent. Called company early in the morning and within 1 hour he arrived to fix the problem. Serviceman was very professional and nice to converse with. Definitely will use again if the need arises.

Their crew consisted of two guys and they knew what they were doing. They had a positive attitude as far as doing work and they were not lazy. They got right to work and they worked hard. They asked me questions as to my preference. They did a good job and everything works.
