"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"Paid for grout cleaning. After “work” was done my grout lines came out darker than before (grout lines were white originally). Technician said that’s how they do it. He would have to charge me extra to make it lighter! I’ve been had, no doubt, but this is the last I’ll ever have to do with this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND (Second picture shows original grout line in pantry- only part of my floor he didn’t touch. You can see a clear difference between the original grout and what the “expert” did). "I'm extremely disappointed in the service provided by Greenbee Maids and wanted to warn others of my experience. There's plenty of cleaning companies out there.... STAY AWAY from this one! When filling out the online form, I selected "deep clean" and "baseboards" for a ~800ft house that totaled $215 (the next option was ~1300sq ft which was way over). However, upon arriving, the employee obviously wanted to do the minimum. Since my house is 888ft, he had to call his supervisor and facetime her so I guess they could charge me more? But since no one informed me they were coming and I had to have the house cleaned the day, I already started on the living room and kitchen. I told them that I can finish the living room, if they could finish the rest of the house including the kitchen that was pretty much done already. They finished cleaning the rest of the entire house in the time it took me to finish cleaning the living room (which I had started an hour before). They completely skipped the only actual bedroom in the house and did a poor job on the bathroom. They didn't touch the sink in the kitchen, the blinds and some of the baseboards (that I paid extra for!). I'm not sure what I paid $215 for and have received far better service from other companies for way less (and they cleaned the entire house). The worst part of it is the professionalism and lack of accountability of management. After the employee called her, she texted me to confirm that "we will be doing the three bedrooms and one bathroom. The cleaners will take before and after photos for your records". So I texted her back to let her know that one bedroom was completely untouched and the bathroom was poorly done. She responded the next day asking for pictures! Since I had a deadline to have my house cleaned by, I didn't take pictures before cleaning it myself and didn't think I had to since she said they would. The lack of accountability shows the Company's values in providing good service and therefore, should be avoided at all costs."
