Mike, one of the owners, came to our house to measure, review available options and write our proposal. The shutters were installed three weeks later. Eric, their technician, along with Scott, the other owner came to our house and installed our shutters in about an hour. These guys were professional, helpful and just really nice guys! The shutters are even better than what we expected and the customer service was outstanding. They even said they would do any needed repairs beyond the manufacturer's one year warranty as long as they can do the repairs in their shop. The shutters have made a real improvement in the appearance of our house and really make the rooms pop! Additionally they are very efficient at blocking the sun and keeping the house cool. We are very pleased.

Very professional from start to finish.  Was very patient in the selection process and efficient in the ordering.  Everything came in within the projected timeframe and installed efficiently.  However, one panel for one window was not exactly what we had envisioned.  It was returned to the workroom and redone.  The new panel was installed and the process completed.  They did a wonderful job leading us through this process and their creative ideas help tremendously.  I would use them again in a heart beat.

"Hi Mr. Triolo, I am responding to the review you posted. I see you show us to have completed work for you on July 16 2014.We did not. We did your job back in October 9, 2013. We did not do any work for you after that date. I am assuming you have made a mistake and reviewed the wrong company. I know we always go above and beyond for all our customers. I do recall supplying you with additional crank extensions for your windows we did Shutters on at no additional cost to you, again going above and beyond. We are a busy company and I do realize that not all jobs go as planned, but we do aim to please. Just a little confused at the delayed review and no contact with our company in regards to the issue,Please contact me about any issues you have. Don't waste your time or money with the big box stores. Scott and his crew are absolute professionals in their field.
The box stores were higher priced than the custom job I recieved with Imperial. The shutters fit perfectly and make the exterior of the house 'pop' when driving by.
I highly recomend Imperial Blind and Shutter to anyone shopping for window treatments. Their show room is eaisly accessible in Venice. The staff is courteous and polite, and willing to answer any questions and explain differences in materials used in the products they offer and service.
My order was completed and delivered in a timely manner and installed perfectly. Imperial will definitely be my provider for the remaining windows I have yet to shutter.

Mike and Scott in sales were fantastic!  The install guys couldn't have been better -- on time, efficient, courteous and in a blink of an eye, my living room was transformed!!!  Run don't walk to get these guys to do work for you.
