We love our lanai and the difference is amazing. It is like a totally different space and the pool now is so much more defined and highlighted as well as the conservation area that it overlooks. The structure was in good and sound condition so it was much less expensive to paint rather than to replace while having it rescreened. A new pool cage would have cost aprox $20 thousand and it was much less to paint over the weathered white to get the fresh look.

One of the best vendors I have hired. The owner Steve Benner and employees take pride in their work and satisfying their customers. Work was fast and efficient and the job was great.

He bent over backwards to meet my timeline. He was flexible. He worked nights and a weekend day to get the job done for me. Very professional, very accessible, very pleased.

The crew did excellent prep work, they were punctual and helped us pick out what shade we wanted. The owner has a very good eye for color and helped us match the trim and door. He provided get service for us and has for our neighbors as well.

Steve and his crew did a superior job. They were courteous and professional. They did an excellent job of prepping the entire house and protecting surfaces not to be painted. Steve frequently if we were happy with the way the job was going and if there was anything else we wanted done. When they left, the house looked terrific and the area was totally cleaned. We were very pleased with the job and will use them again when we do any interior work.

They gave us the time that it would take to finish the work. They were very efficient and right on target. They did an excellent job. We felt they were pretty reasonably priced too. They got out when they said they were getting out. They were not cheap, but I would absolutely recommend them to others. They were very cooperative. I even changed colors and they were good with that. The bill came in on time. We don’t have any complaints. We would certainly use them again if we need painting done.

They pressured washed not only the home but the driveway, sidewalk, pool deck and the pool screen to make sure it matched the cleanliness of the paint job. The painting was done fine.
