Green Bee Maids

I'm extremely disappointed in the service provided by Greenbee Maids and wanted to warn others of my experience. There's plenty of cleaning companies out there.... STAY AWAY from this one! When filling out the online form, I selected "deep clean" and "baseboards" for a ~800ft house that totaled $215 (the next option was ~1300sq ft which was way over). However, upon arriving, the employee obviously wanted to do the minimum. Since my house is 888ft, he had to call his supervisor and facetime her so I guess they could charge me more? But since no one informed me they were coming and I had to have the house cleaned the day, I already started on the living room and kitchen. I told them that I can finish the living room, if they could finish the rest of the house including the kitchen that was pretty much done already. They finished cleaning the rest of the entire house in the time it took me to finish cleaning the living room (which I had started an hour before). They completely skipped the only actual bedroom in the house and did a poor job on the bathroom. They didn't touch the sink in the kitchen, the blinds and some of the baseboards (that I paid extra for!). I'm not sure what I paid $215 for and have received far better service from other companies for way less (and they cleaned the entire house). The worst part of it is the professionalism and lack of accountability of management. After the employee called her, she texted me to confirm that "we will be doing the three bedrooms and one bathroom. The cleaners will take before and after photos for your records". So I texted her back to let her know that one bedroom was completely untouched and the bathroom was poorly done. She responded the next day asking for pictures! Since I had a deadline to have my house cleaned by, I didn't take pictures before cleaning it myself and didn't think I had to since she said they would. The lack of accountability shows the Company's values in providing good service and therefore, should be avoided at all costs.

Recommended by a close friend I hired this company to do what they considered a deep clean which included dusting, mop, windows, baseboards and ceiling fans, kitchen and inside of microwave. A woman and man arrived at my home took pics and video of everything and sent it to the company before they started. Once the owner and I agreed on the price and service she gave them the ok to start working. I tipped them upfront and left them to go to church...only to come back and find them stealing my personal belongings. They had their car (white suv) packed with bags filled with a jar of change that I was collecting, my brand new drill and tool set, several designer watches and sneakers, picture frames, pots and pans, blankets, rugs etc. Also a very nice wicker basket that was never retrieved. The women apologized and said “it was the gentleman that took it, please don’t call the company I’ll lose my job”. After calling and speaking with the owner Nicovi (Nicki) sending her pictures of the bags I took from their car and a screenshot of her employee admitting they took the stuff, it took her 1.5hr to get back to me to only indirectly call me a liar. She gave a bunch of excuses first “they said they didn’t do it” then “they said the items had mold or bugs” a jar filled with change ISNT TRASH! None of the items they took had mold or bugs or any other issue. She first offered me a discount then after giving her a piece of my mind she offered to return my money, tip included and send someone else to finish cleaning. These two had bags loaded up with my belongings yet they didn’t clean. My kitchen wasn’t touched at all except for the things they stole. My windows were left filthy...I sent all the picture proof to the owner Nicovi who stands by her employees. Telling me “We work with the Mayor... I’ve never had this issue” well you have it now. I refuse to have anyone from her company back in my home. As far as I’m concerned they are all crooks. As I looked around more I noticed more things that are missing but not in the bags that I recovered...even down to bottles of Red Wine. I can only assume they filled the wicker basket and took it home bbecause it wasn’t in their car that was filled with the bags. I filed a police report and plan to take further action. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

And they are flexible as they do a full one week service and the customer service is just really really great. If possible, I would like to give them an A+
