Paid for grout cleaning. After “work” was done my grout lines came out darker than before (grout lines were white originally). Technician said that’s how they do it. He would have to charge me extra to make it lighter! I’ve been had, no doubt, but this is the last I’ll ever have to do with this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND (Second picture shows original grout line in pantry- only part of my floor he didn’t touch. You can see a clear difference between the original grout and what the “expert” did). DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! THIS IS NOTHING BUT FRAUD.

Our plank tile was popping out and seemed to be spreading further out each day. We called The Groutsmith after I read their reviews. Marshall came out promptly and gave us a fair repair estimate (we had extra tiles). Marshall has years of experience in this area. He was careful and continued to assess for hollow tiles as he removed the bulging and broken tiles. (trying to save as much as possible). He re-bonded the hollow tiles without removing them and grouted the replaced planks. He even came an extra time to clean residual bonding that we noticed the next day. He said to call him anytime if we had any issues. He is so friendly and professional. (And vaccinated! ......which is important for me as I am imunocompromised.) We have hired him for another project to be done soon. We highly recommend him.

We had used them to recolorize our grout shortly after new tile was laid as the original grout color was too dark. Over a few years the grout began to darken from normal usage so we called them again to give us a quote. They came out when scheduled and simply agreed to repeat what they had done before for the same price, giving us the same discount. The technician showed up when he was supposed to, thoroughly cleaned all the tiles and grout involved, then recolorized the grout by hand. It took him about three hours. We were able to use the floors being careful of the grout lines that night, and moved furniture back the next day. We waited another few days to put down a few area rugs. Now the floor looks brand new.

Excellent. We are very satisfied with the work performed by Leon. We had some loose tiles that needed to be rebounded. The entire staff of The Groutsmith was very professional from the time we called for our quote. The owner Graig Chapman came and gave us our quote. It was a pleasure dealing with the The office staff, Chelsea, and the technician, Leon. Job well done.

Terrible. Most of the floors are not much better than when they started. there were 2 bathrooms and a foyer and kitchen that need wax stripped and the Grout cleaned. There are many spots of wax still on the floors and it looks terrible. the floors now look like a partial job of cleaning was attempted and that is what Groutsmith did; a PARTIAL job- I have sent Three (3) texts to owner and NO RESPONSE- I even sent a PICTURE so he could see the poor job done by his worker. He was not the least expensive but I liked his presentation & promises so I hired. Bad decision on my part

Arrived with a 3-man team and did a fabulous job....quick and very professional. Would recommend them to anyone wanting grout refreshed or patched. It looks like we have a new bathroom!

Cleaned, sealed tile and grout and filled voids on all tiled walls in master bath as needed, including shower walls and ceiling. Re-caulked corners of tiled walls. Workers were on time and professional. completed job looks great.

The groutsmith made my bathroom look brand new! They arrived on time, finished the work and left my home looking clean. They were a pleasure to work with and I will use them for other work as well.

Very fair estimate. The estimate was done the day after we requested the info. The initial job itself was done within that week.We just had them back to do another shower and repair the grout on our front steps. They will be back to seal the steps and also repair and clean and seal the grout on our front patio. The company was originally family owned but they have also opened franchises. They care about the quality of the job that they do and charge a fair price.We had them repair some areas that another highly rated grout company did just over a year ago. We will be using Groutsmith for all jobs in the future. Our ManCave shower looks better than when we moved in...and it was relatively new then. It sparkles!!! The job was done for the quoted price and in a timely manner.

1970's bathtub tile and kitchen back splash as well as floor tile in foyer, dining room, and one bathroom. The walls were sound behind the tile so didnt want to demo. Had Matt come out gave us an estimate, scheduled the tub tile in one bath and the back splash. It was amazing it looked like brand new. Once we completed our other remodeling had him come back to do the other tub tile and the floor, again awesome. I have recommended them several times and will continue to do so.

Received estimate on Friday- work done on Tuesday. Mathew and two men showed up exactly at scheduled time, (I was late) work was completed in just under 4 hours. No need to demo old (perfectly good white) bathroom tile, they can make it look great again. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Outstanding. Used this company once before and as a result of their great work decided to hire them for a more substantial job. Didn't need to seek a competing estimate because I knew exactly what I would be getting from this company. As before, they came out immediately to provide the estimate and began the work the next day. They were extremely efficient, arrived on time, and completed the work within the time frame they promised. The work was perfectly completed and the work ares were left spotless. Very professional and polite staff. Would not hesitate at all to use Groutsmith for all my future tile needs.

The young guy was very nice, explained the situation of what he was going to do. The young guy, Matthew Smith, that came out was excellent. He was coming in repairing a situation that someone else did for me. He explained what needed to be done and he did it and it looked great. What stood out was the quality of the work and the professionalism of the young man. He explained what he was going to do and he actually had the materials on hand and that was nice. They were very quick.

Matthew and the guys from The Groutsmith of Pinellas County did a fantastic job. After Matthew demonstrated their process on a tile last week and I saw just how nasty/dirty my ceramic tile was AND how their home-grown cleaners get the marble in my shower cleaned up ... I knew I had to contract with them. My home feels brand-new, again. I am beyond delighted. And, they are so professional and courteous!!
