Lack of Integrity. Previously used this company in 2016 to install all new blinds shutter. Had no complaints. Had Larry visit to quote on replacing a blind and replace 4 slats on a shutter. He measured and acknowledged the 4 slats to be replaced and stated he may already have a blind at his shop. Larry quoted $125 and I clearly agreed. I even double checked if he had all measurements prior to leaving. 8 weeks went by w no call from them. I called and was given excuses such as â he does not remember etc. I went to their shop to see if the blind was correct color, it was not. The lady in shop proceeded to state they do not do repairs and you can order a blind for $200. This company no longer operates w good work ethics and stand by their quotes. They got my business once, but never again.

Great company; came in cheaper than others I got quotes from; the owner himself comes to give the quote and his brother does the install; friendly and old-time values you don't find that much anymore, another place you'll find it though is jw.org; check out that website too.
